    Your personal AI stack, live before the day starts: a group onboarding call with the Eudy operator team: Claude Desktop on a deliberately chosen account (work vs. personal: the one irreversible decision), privacy locked down, on the paid plan, connected to your calendar, email, and files, only what you're comfortable with, plus voice dictation and an AI notetaker capturing your meetings. You join the live day with everything already running.

    Your Master Prompt, built by you: we send you the voice-interview prompt as pre-work and you build it yourself: one document that teaches every AI who you are, how you work, and how you communicate, so it stops being generic and you stop re-explaining yourself. Your first act of directing an AI on your own. We verify it's saved and working at the group onboarding.

    Your magic-wand workflow, deployed: before the event we capture the workflows you most wish AI ran, and the day is literally built around them. You build your AI chief of staff live, then your flagship workflow end-to-end, with an operator beside you when you get stuck.

    A working internal tool, built by you: in the build block you create a real internal dashboard or tracker with Claude at your side, the way past cohorts built deal trackers and reporting views. It runs on your machine the same day. No code background, no deployment. Just a tool that's yours.

Pre-work: non-negotiable

Once fit is confirmed, we will send pre-work details for completion before the live day.

  1. Agent Setup Onboarding (group Zoom with the Eudy operator team): we get Claude Desktop running on your laptop, connected to the business data you're comfortable sharing, and verify your stack end to end. Before the live day your agent is live, not still being configured.
  2. Three quick installs (10 minutes, no configuration): Claude Desktop, Wispr Flow (voice dictation), and Fathom (AI notetaker), on the laptop you'll use on the live day. We set everything up together on the call.
  3. The account decision: know which email (work or personal) you want your AI connected to. It's the one hard-to-undo choice, so we decide it together, deliberately.
  4. Your Master Prompt (you build this one yourself): we email you the voice-interview prompt; you answer by talking and walk away with the document that makes every AI answer sound like you.
  5. Magic-wand discovery: we capture, in your own words, the workflows you most wish AI ran. Your live-day build is chosen from this list before the day starts.

Pre-work is what makes the day work. Without agent setup done in advance, the live day becomes installation-debugging instead of deployment. We're vetting attendees to keep the cohort high-trust and serious.

Muhan Zhang

Muhan Zhang is a real estate investor with 23 doors personally owned, fund manager of Courtyard Sihe Partners, and founder of Eudy.co: a workforce platform training AI Operators to standardize work for human flourishing.

Personally raised rents $80,000 across his portfolio in 18 months while dropping operating expenses, running the same systems he'll demonstrate live at Agent Day. Former COO of Andrew Yang's 2020 presidential campaign at age 26.

Muhan is joined live by an industry veteran working in stealth mode, a credible operator with deep agentic and EOS expertise, plus a roster of Eudy instructors we're assembling for the cohort, plus the full Eudy operator team running pre-day onboarding and live tech support.
